WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns and all sales are final. In the event of an unfortunate and rare DOA, a repacment dragon will be sent of your choice of equal value. terms must be met.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we are working on this atm. We only ship to the lower 48 for now.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Additionally, we offer Afterpay as an option which allows you to split your purchase into four interest free payments. You will be asked to make an account at checkout on the invoice sent to your email. You can then download the app to manage your payment with ease.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DRAGON?​
ALL DRAGONS will be shipped fedex or ups priority overnight. for the safety of the animal, they will need to be picked up at your local fedex or ups hub. a tracking number will be provided once your animal is in the possession of fedex or ups. for more information see our health guarantee.
