Health guarantee and purchase agreement
-We guarantee a healthy bearded dragon for 30 days.
-Health guarantee will only be valid if proper husbandry is met. We determine this.
-Animals can stress during shipping, please give your dragon 14 days to adjust before handling.
-If you have any concerns during the 30 days, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY.
-Do not contact US if you exhausted all your options, once the animal is deceased or past the point of saving.
-You can either pay in full, or use Afterpay and split it into 4 payments.
-It is expected that you do research for your dragons health and well being.
-18+ only.
-All sales are final. No refunds, that includes shipping.
-Improper setup/husbandry will void the health guarantee.
-I reserve the right to void the health guarantee, if you do not take these proper actions.
-All dragons are described well (including any defects/flaws) with accurate genetics as well as temperament. (temperament improves with age and is not guaranteed). I can't control how a dragon acts in customer care.
-We reserve the right to refuse a sale.
-Health guarantee is only valid for fatal, life altering health issues.
-We are very accurate with the sex, but only guarantee it on dragons 6 months and older.
-Pictures are taken to represent the structure and color accurately.
-Keep in mind bearded dragons vary in color based on lighting, camera and angle. We do our best to accurately capture their beauty.
-We guarantee the live arrival of any dragon purchased through us. Any unfortunate cases of D.O.A. will be replaced with a dragon of your choice of equal or lesser value. You must notify us within 30 minutes of the tracking number saying delivered. In this case we must have videos and photos of the reptile as proof. This guarantee is void if the recipient is not home to receive the package. Shipping is included with thr price of a dragon. Regal Dragons is responsible for properly shipping and providing package tracking.
